The IELTS Speaking consists of 3 parts:-
Part ONE - a conversation where the examiner checks your identity and then asks some personal questions and other questions of interest like "What are your future plans?" and "What is your home town like?" See more here
Part TWO - a monologue for which you have one minute to prepare your talk and then 1-2 minutes to deliver your talk
Part THREE - a discussion in which the examiner asks you more formal and generic questions that follow up from Part TWO.
